At AwazeUrdu (awazeurdupk.com), we understand that circumstances may change. This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations, project revisions, and subscription cancellations are handled.
1. Cancellation of Custom Audiobook Orders
Because custom audiobook recordings involve dedicated voice artist time, recording studio scheduling, and sound editing, cancellations are governed by the following timelines:
- Cancellation Before Recording Begins: You may cancel your custom audiobook request within 12 to 24 hours of placing the order, provided our team has not yet begun recording. In this case, your 50% advance payment will be fully refunded (minus standard bank/gateway transaction fees).
- Cancellation While Production is In Progress: If you choose to cancel after voice recording has already commenced, the advance payment will be retained to cover the artist’s time and studio expenses for the completed portions. Any recorded chapters completed prior to cancellation will be delivered to you.
- After Completion & Delivery: Once the recording has been finalized and delivered to your email or WhatsApp, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2. Subscription & Recurring Memberships
If you have registered for a recurring subscription or membership plan on AwazeUrdu:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty or cancellation fees.
- To cancel, visit your My Account dashboard or contact our support team.
- Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to subscriber privileges until that period concludes. No future renewals will be billed.
