دنیاکی تاریخ میں، اخلاق ایسی چیز ہے جسےکسی زمانے میں بھی غیراہم نہیں سمجھاگیا۔ ہاں! اتناضرورہے کہ ہرزمانے اور طبقاتِ انسانی کےلحاظ سے اس کےمعیارات مختلف رہے ہیں اورہرقوم کااپنافلسفہءِاخلاق رہاہے۔ تاریخِ انسانی ہمیں بتاتی ہے کہ نظامِ اخلاق کوسب سے پہلے مذہب نےمرتّب کیا یعنی اخلاق کاتعلق آسمانی علوم سے ہے کیوں کہ عقلِ انسانی، سارے انسانوں کےلئے ایک ضابطہءِحیات طے کرنےسےقاصر ہے۔ یقیناً اس میں کچھ مخصوص گروہوں کو فائدہ یانقصان پہنچنےکا احتمال ہے۔ دنیا کو سب سےمؤثرنظامِ اخلاق اسلام نےدیاہےجوسارے انسانوں کو، خواہ وہ مسلمان ہوں یاغیرمسلم ، ایک فلاحی معاشرتی نظام کےتحت لاتاہے۔
یہ ایک وسیع اورجامع نظام ہے، جس میں تمام دینی ودنیاوی امور کی جزئیات تک طے کردی گئی ہیں۔ اسلام کے اولین زمانےسے فقہائےاسلام ان امور کی وضاحت اپنی تصنیفات میں کرتےآئے ہیں۔ جیساکہ پہلے بھی بیان کیاتھا کہ فلسفہ بھی علم کی ایک شاخ ہے اوردیگرعلوم کی طرح علم الاخلاق کی فلسلفیانہ تشریح بھی علماء نےبیان کردی ہے۔ اسی سلسلے کی ایک کڑی مولانا حفظ الرّحمٰن سیوہاریؒ کی کتاب”اخلاق اورفلسفہءِاخلاق”ہے،جس میں انہوں اسلامی فلسفہءِاخلاق کوتفصیلاً بیان کیاہے۔ اس کتاب کی خوبی یہ ہے کہ اس میں صرف یہ بتایاگیاہے کہ کیاہوناچاہئے۔ کیاہورہاہے اورکیوں ہورہاہے؟ اس سے مصنف نےکوئی بحث نہیں کی۔
اصولاً اس کتاب میں سے آوازِاسلام یاترغیبی سلسلےکےتحت پڑھاجاناچاہئےتھا، مگر چوں کہ خواتین سے متعلق کتابوں کی قلت ہمیشہ مجھے مجھے درپیش رہتی ہے،اس لئے بزمِ خواتین میں اس کتاب سے اقتباس پڑھاجارہاہے، جس میں اسلامی خقوقِ نسواں کوبیان کیاہے۔
اس ویڈیومیں بتایاگیاہے کہ اسلام نےکس کس طرح عورتوں کومردوں کےبرابر حقوق دیے ہیں۔ مالی معاملات، سیاسیات وغیرہ میں عورت کوخودمختاربنایاہے۔ یہاں تک کہ عورت امان دے سکتی ہے۔ مشرقی معاشرے میں بزرگ عورتوں کوگھریلوفیصلوں میں اہمیت دی جاتی ہے۔ اسلام نے بھی اسے پسند کیاہے۔ حضورﷺ کا اپنی بیگمات سے حسنِ سلوک اور یہ فرمان کہ “تم میں سب سے بہتروہ ہیں جو اپنے گھروالوں کےساتھ اچھے ہیں(مفہومِ حدیث)۔ ہمیں خواتین کی عزت وتوقیر پرمائل کرنےکےلئے کافی ہے۔ یہ ویڈیوخاص طور پر ان لوگوں کےلئے ہے، جو خواتین کوکم ترسمجھتے ہیں یا وہ، جو یہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ اسلام عورت کو مرد سے کم درجہ دیتاہے۔ اورخواتین کو بھی اپنامقام پہچاننےکےلئے اس ویڈیو کو ضرور دیکھناچاہئے۔
